Treebo Novis Stayz Noida's Finest

"Mixed feeling about this place, I went there twice, once booked offline for 1800 and the room was exquisite, full fledge furnished, taps in washroom were good, furnished well with a study table, we'll cushioned chair, clean sheets, stable bedside lamp tables, the wall lamps were also fitted well, second time booked through treebo app and the above mentioned were missing, loose fitted, bedside tables fell as soon as I sat on the bed and taps looked like they were bough from a bad thrift store and the wash basin outlet was tied up by a rope, hence my mixed rating. And mainly use treebo app and never go for agoda as they have no ties with this accomodation even though they advertise in agoda, this little issue forced me to pay offline the first time and get the good room."

"I had a very disappointing experience with FabHotels. I booked FabHotel Novis Stayz, Sector 30, Noida purely because of its location and suitability for my family. However, at the exact time of check-in, I received an email saying my booking was shifted to another property (FabHotel Silver Stone, Sector 36) without my consent. The new location was far, inconvenient, and not suitable for us at all. Because of this sudden and forced change, my family and I had to roam around with our luggage, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I did not check in at the alternate property as I was not comfortable with the location or the property. What’s worse is that the booking was marked non-refundable, even though this issue happened due to hotel/platform-side decision, not mine. Changing a confirmed hotel without asking the guest is completely unfair. I hope FabHotels improves its customer handling and takes responsibility in such situations. I would advise future guests to be careful, especially if traveling with family."
